About the role

We are expanding our ServiceNow practice to support a large-scale digital transformation programme for a leading Singapore public sector agency. This multi-year initiative involves the enterprise-wide implementation of

ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)

, delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and citizen services. As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of end-to-end delivery, leading cross-functional teams and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. You will serve as the primary delivery lead, driving execution, managing risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the successful delivery of project milestones, objectives, and KPIs.

Ensure delivery remains aligned with approved scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Manage project dependencies across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing communications, escalations, and decision-making activities.

Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, risk reviews, and project status reporting.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams, including technical leads, business analysts, QA specialists, and other project resources.

Drive effective resource planning, issue resolution, and proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, release schedules, and dependency tracking.

Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, including impact assessments and mitigation plans.

Ensure all deliverables meet functional, technical, and quality requirements.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or related roles.

Proven experience managing ICT application development and/or support projects.

Strong track record of delivering complex projects within vendor-managed, outcome-based, or client-facing environments.

Experience leading cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps professionals, and business analysts.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage medium-scale projects, engage stakeholders effectively, and drive successful delivery outcomes.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and leadership skills.

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management certifications (preferred).

Experience delivering

ServiceNow

implementation, enhancement, rollout, or support projects (preferred).
