Job Description

• Based in Kuala Lumpur and project in Klang Valley area
• Responsible in creating, updating and managing project course, site schedule, time frames and budget.
• Manage proper paperwork for a project if required and keep proper recording and filing of all projects.
• Responsible in managing and leading sub-contractor team.
• Responsible for site supervision work, site management work, monitoring installation team and work progress.
• Responsible in solving any problems that occurred during the course of project.
• Responsible in communicating with customers during project if required.
• Work closely with design & sales team.
• Report to Project Manager.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma in Civil Engineering with experience in Interior Design & Construction
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Site Supervisor
• Willing to work overtime and able to work at site office located in Kuala Lumpur
• Possess a valid driving license (class D)
• Possess skill and knowledge in Auto Cad and Microsoft Project.
• Independent, Confident, Problem Solver, Responsible, Organized, Good Communication Skills and Excellent Client-Facing Skills.
• Highest integrity a pre-requisite with good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
• Self-driven and result oriented.
• Love brand building with high passion to succeed.
• Strong in managing project and meeting deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, excellent team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
