A Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production process to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods
Key Responsibilities
To be responsible for reviewing the customer Purchase Order and committing the Sales Department to the delivery date in the Sales Order Detail.
To be responsible in release Work Order upon receiving the Sales Order Detail from the Sales Department.
To be responsible provide Production Schedule to production.
To be responsible for updating the Material Shortage Report, advising on quantity order requests, and working closely with the Buyer for raw material delivery date.
To be responsible for issuing Material Issue Note ( MIN ) to Warehouse for preparing material for Production.
To ensure work orders are completed in a timely, accurate manner. Monitor material fulfillment and WIP utilization.
To be responsible for implementing production planning and monitoring production output in order to meet customers' requirements and delivery dates.
To be responsible and solved any issue arising from the issuance of raw material. The Material Control shall resolve any excess issues, investigate the reasons for excess issues, and create systems to minimize recurrence.
Authorized not to create a work order if there is no Sales Order.
Authorized to not accepted customer pull in if at full capacity and on a production line if notice ECN or Non-Conformance.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaker
