Position: Construction Manager
Location: Sabah, Malaysia
Contract Duration: 3 months( Renewable )

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction activities from planning through to handover.
• Supervise site progress, contractors, subcontractors, and multiple project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor site safety, compliance, and relevant regulations.
• Review drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and construction requirements.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager.
• Strong experience in Architectural and Interior Design projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, contractors, and deadlines.

Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Architectural and Interior Design projects.: 3 years (Preferred)
