Responsibilities

Enhance the organisation's position as a leading port agency company within the military sector.

Build and develop our military sector service offering to key Naval forces and defense companies in the Asia Pacific region.

Identify key growth areas within the sector as well as guiding our operations teams through efficient service delivery and vendor management to help achieve our targets.

Assess and analyse data set given on group performances.

Ensure that we are in the most competitive position to be awarded the business whilst achieving maximum earning opportunities at country or group level.

Ensure service delivery and competitive pricing is achieved through vendor management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

1-2 years' working experience.

Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder-management skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and structured documentation.

Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
