Job Description:
We are looking for a

Senior HR Executive

to manage and support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Handle full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee welfare.

Maintain and update employee records and HR reports.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Manage training and development programs.

Support performance appraisal and HR initiatives.

Handle employee relations and provide HR advice to management.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

At least 3–5 years of HR experience

, preferably in a similar role.

Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
