• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. / 负责处理客户咨询、需求及投诉。
• Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. / 通过电话、WhatsApp、电子邮件等方式与客户沟通。
• Follow up on customer orders, quotations, and related matters. / 跟进客户订单、报价及相关事项。
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. / 与公司内部部门协调，及时解决客户问题。
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. / 维护良好的客户关系，提供优质的客户服务。
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. / 完成上司安排的其他

Requirements / 任职要求

• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required. / 必须熟练掌握中文（听说读写）。
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. / 良好的沟通能力及人际交往能力。
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). / 熟悉 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
• Customer service experience is an added advantage. / 具备客户服务相关经验者优先。
• Responsible, positive, and able to work independently. / 工作认真负责、积极主动，并能独立完成工作。

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
