Job Summary

Plan and deliver active ageing programmes for elderly clients in the Eunos Crescent community, ensuring high-quality engagement and continuous improvement of services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct active ageing programmes to engage elderly clients in the Eunos Crescent community
• Ensure programmes meet quality standards and achieve targeted client engagement outcomes
• Design and implement new programmes and services based on client needs analysis
• Conduct programme evaluations to collect feedback and evaluate effectiveness
• Identify improvement opportunities and initiate programme enhancements
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders to support programme delivery
• Guide and support volunteers in executing programme activities effectively
• Manage programme budgets and allocate resources efficiently
• Collaborate with external organizations to execute joint programmes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Social Services or related fields
• Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings
• Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Adaptability to anticipate and solve problems proactivel
• Required to work at Eunos Crescent, 4S Active Ageing Centre @ Eunos Crescent

Work Location

• Willingness to work 5.5 days per week at Eunos Crescent.
