岗位职责
Our client is a group of companies under a family office, spanning digital asset, payments, and technology ventures acrossSingapore and Australia. The group provides shared capital, governance, and group services across its companies, and this role sits at group level, working across all of them.
The group is an AI-first organisation: AI tooling is embedded in how we work, and we expect the same orientation in this role.
This is the role that keeps the group running day to day. It is built around two things: managing the office and its operations, and hosting and running the group's events. There is alight finance-adjacent component — supporting the finance function with basic administrative tasks — but this is not an accounting or bookkeeping role, andno accounting background is required. It is a hands-on, junior-to-mid level position with direct exposure to a multi-entity structure and to the founders.
We are open to candidates from different career backgrounds. If you have run operations in financial technology firms managed events, kept an office running smoothly, or held any role where precision, discretion, and ownership mattered, and you now want to try something new inside a fast-moving group, we want to hear from you. Aptitude and character weigh more than a conventional CV.
• Office management. Run the office end to end:suppliers, facilities, equipment, onboarding logistics for new joiners, and the day-to-day environment the team works in.
• Events. Host and run the group's events:investor and partner gatherings, team offsites, and hosted dinners. Own the guest experience from invitation to follow-up, to a standard fitting a family office.
• General administration. Provide day-to-day administrative support to group leadership and the team: scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, filing, and general office coordination.
• Vendor and supplier coordination. Own relationships with office suppliers, facilities providers, and other vendors, including basic negotiation, ordering, and invoice handling.
• Light finance support. Provide basic administrative support to the finance function as needed — for example, organising receipts and supporting documents, or helping schedule vendor payments. This is a minor part of the role; no bookkeeping or accounting experience is required.
• External coordination. Help coordinate logistics and paperwork with external service providers (such as corporate secretarial or facilities providers) as directed by group leadership.
• Experience in office management, operations, hospitality, or events; exposure to general administration is a plus.
• Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• A natural host: composed, warm, and organised in front of guests, from team lunches to investor dinners.
• Meticulous, discreet, and trustworthy: this role has visibility into sensitive group information.
• Comfortable with basic administrative and record-keeping tasks; no formal finance or accounting qualification is required.
• Open to AI-first ways of working across office operations and administration.
