Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Associate at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Human Resources Associate will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinating HR documentation and compliance. The role involves supporting training and development initiatives, scheduling and tracking learning activities, and helping implement performance and engagement programs. The associate will respond to employee inquiries, facilitate clear communication across teams, and collaborate with HR leadership to improve HR processes and tools. This position requires close coordination with distributed team members and comfort working in a technology-focused, fast-paced environment.

• Strong Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations skills, with experience in core HR processes and employee lifecycle support.
• Background in Training & Development, including coordinating learning programs and supporting performance and growth initiatives.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse, global team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HR information systems, remote collaboration tools, and basic data handling or reporting in HR contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Experience in tech, AI, or startup environments, and interest in data-driven people practices, is an advantage.
