Solana Tec, we are building one of Malaysia’s trusted brands in solar and sustainable energy solutions.

• Coordinate and supervise solar PV installation and site activities.

• Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, quality standards and SOPs.

• Troubleshoot technical and site issues and coordinate corrective actions.

• Work closely with contractors, customers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time.

• Ensure testing, documentation and project close-out are completed before handover.

• Take ownership of site quality, safety and project delivery.

• Prepare solar PV engineering drawings, layouts, Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and technical documentation.

• Perform system sizing, engineering calculations and equipment selection.

• Ensure designs comply with technical standards, authority requirements and actual site conditions.

• Coordinate design changes and provide technical support to the project team.

• Monitor and analyse solar system performance after installation.

• Investigate abnormal generation or technical issues and coordinate solutions.

• Provide clear technical explanations to customers regarding system design and performance.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of engineering experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals are welcome to apply.

• Good problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.

• Responsible, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin are preferred, as the role may require communication with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.

• For Design: Knowledge of AutoCAD, electrical drawings, SLD or solar PV design will be an advantage.

• For Site: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites.
