My Client is seeking Management Accountant. He/she will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, managing purchase orders (POs) and credit PO workflows, supporting capital expenditure (CAPEX) tracking, and delivering accurate, timely management reporting to support strategic decision-making
Key Responsibilities

Daily Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions.

PO & Credit PO Management: Review, approve, and process standard Purchase Orders (POs) and Credit POs/adjustments while resolving invoice variances and monitoring credit terms.

CAPEX Control & Fixed Assets: Maintain the capital expenditure register, track project spending against approved budgets, and handle fixed asset capitalization and depreciation.

Management Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare monthly financial packages (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) and deliver variance analysis against budgets and forecasts for leadership.

Budgeting & System Compliance: Support annual budgeting cycles, assist with external audit requirements, and continuously improve internal control procedures.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Evaluate and strengthen internal control policies, operational procedures, and financial governance to maintain risk oversight and enhance process efficiency.

Ad-hoc Strategic Projects: Assist leadership with special projects, business case evaluations, and financial ad-hoc analysis as required.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Professional Certification: CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience

Technical Skills:
- Hands-on proficiency in month-end closing, financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel macro/complex formulas and executive PowerPoint presentations). ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) experience is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
