THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Guest Relations Executive, you are one of the key faces of MBER and an important part of the daily guest and resident experience. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership and wants to build a career in hospitality. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but attitude, communication and willingness to learn matter most.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Deliver warm, professional Guest Relations service, including arrivals, departures and concierge services.
Respond to guest and public enquiries through in-person interactions, phone, email, WhatsApp and digital channels.
Handle reservations, room assignments, guest profiles, payments, deposits, billing and related documentation accurately using the PMS and operational systems.
Take ownership of guest requests, feedback and service recovery, following through until matters are resolved or appropriately escalated.
Prepare and maintain shift reports, operational checklists, payment records and clear handovers to ensure continuity between shifts.
Build rapport with short-stay and long-stay guests, provide local recommendations and support community or guest engagement activities.
Liaise between internal departments including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Projects, Sales and Revenue, as well as potential clients, residents and vendors.
Support property readiness, safety, incident reporting and other operational duties required to maintain a smooth guest experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Hospitality, Front Office, serviced apartment, co-living or customer service experience is an advantage.
Warm, confident and service-minded, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and dependable, with the ability to take ownership rather than simply wait for instructions.
Comfortable multitasking, solving problems and remaining composed in a dynamic operational environment.
Able to work collaboratively across departments and communicate professionally with guests, residents, clients and vendors.
Comfortable learning digital systems; prior PMS experience is an advantage.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
