Roles & Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Regular filing and updating registrations, submissions and distributions of drawings, documents and samples.

• Registration and distribution of drawings/documents issued by consultants.
• Registration of architect’s instructions/directions.
• Submissions of shop drawings, documents and samples to consultants.
• Distribution of commented shop drawings/documents/samples to related sub-contractors.
• Update the status of all documentation in the shared folder.
• Filing of approved samples with photos and proper descriptions for easy reference to project team members.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder
• At least 2 years of document control working experience in the building construction industry
• Good knowledge of construction industry requirements
• Good knowledge of computer software like Microsoft Office
