Job Overview

Responsible for carrying out general repair, maintenance and minor rectification works to support the daily operation and upkeep of the assigned facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance works around the building.
• Carry out minor works involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures and fittings.
• Attend to maintenance requests and rectify minor defects.
• Conduct regular inspection of common areas and facilities.
• Assist technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Report major defects or technical issues to the relevant supervisor.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in handyman, building maintenance or general repair works.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a site team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
