Job description

We are looking for a proactive, target-driven, and confident Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Conduct product or service presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries promptly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Prior sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport, if client visits are required.
• Will work under our subsidiary company

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Package: Basic salary + car allowance + commission (2% existing customer & 5% new customer)
