岗位职责

Responsibilities

  • Develop simulation-based and technical training content.
  • Convert technical procedures into structured training content.
  • Develop, integrate and maintain Unity-based training applications.
  • Engage clients to understand and clarify technical requirements.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting and documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in training content, simulation development or technical procedural development.
  • Experience with Unity or VE Studio.
  • Strong knowledge of Unity Engine: Scenes, Prefabs, UI, Animation and Materials.
  • Proficient in C# for Unity application development.
  • Basic 3D asset editing skills using Blender or 3ds Max.
  • Strong documentation, testing and troubleshooting skills.

Added Advantage

  • Experience with marine, industrial, simulation or training systems.
  • Knowledge of shipboard mechanical and electrical systems.
