Pegasus International (UK) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Workover Supervisor for an upcoming Oil & Gas workover project

Key Requirements

• B.Sc./BS from a recognized institution

• Minimum 20 years’ Oil & Gas experience

• Experience with at least 10 drilling/workover wells

• Minimum 8 years in similar workover assignments

• At least 3 directional wells of 4,000m TVD or deeper

• Minimum 5 years overseas experience across at least 2 countries

• Minimum 3 projects as Team Leader / Lead Supervisor

• Minimum 2 supervisory-level certifications/training such as IADC, IWCF, WellCAP or equivalent

• Strong English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise workover activities, prepare/finalize workover programmes, coordinate with the Client and contractors, supervise service companies, review schedules and progress, ensure safe and efficient operations, and prepare well completion/final reports.
