Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction schedules to meet strict data center project deadlines.
• Monitor MEP installation including HVAC, UPS, fire suppression, and BMS systems.
• Collaborate with consultants and vendors on technical data center specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and global data center standards.
• Supervise on-site progress and quality for critical infrastructure components.
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans for operational continuity.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical and cooling systems.
• Liaise with clients to align design with operational performance goals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular status reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and technical compliance.
