Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to design and develop engaging digital products. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing user experiences that meet business and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experiences for web and mobile products
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to support product development
• Conduct UX research to gather user insights and translate findings into effective design solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to align design with requirements
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual design standards to ensure consistency across platforms
• Evaluate and improve product usability, accessibility, and overall user experience continuously
• Present design concepts and solutions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making
• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices to enhance design quality and innovation

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for visual design tasks
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles for mobile and web platforms
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design capabilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Formal training or degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related disciplines
• Experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Experience designing consumer-facing or high-growth digital products
• Skills in motion design, illustration, or branding
• Experience working on AI-related, SaaS, fintech, or technology products
• Strong understanding of current digital product and UI/UX trends
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and design challenges
