Role Description The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur, responsible for overseeing multiple outlets and ensuring consistent operational excellence. This role includes managing day-to-day store operations, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing company standards across all locations. The District Manager will lead and coach store leadership teams, coordinate staffing and scheduling, and support training to maintain high service and product quality. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing sales, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving local marketing initiatives. The role also involves regular site visits, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with senior management to execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising multi-unit operations or teams in F&B or retail.
• Operational management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and performance tracking.
• Customer service and quality assurance skills to maintain high standards of guest experience and product consistency.
• Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with store teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry or hospitality sector is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in WP Kuala Lumpur and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, hospitality, management, or a related field is preferred.
