JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Taiwan

Purpose of the Job

• Responsible for warehouse operations and ensure all material supplies are functioning properly.
• Liaise and cooperate closely with sales team to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership

Main responsibilities

Plan, direct or coordinate the transportation, storage or distribution of goods and services.

Forecast calculations and assessments to maintain inventory turnover.

Ensure delivery accuracy and order requirements.

Prioritize, track assignments, and ensure resource availability.

Maintain warehouse operation efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure warehouse operating standards and shipping regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level - Bachelor’s degree

EXPERIENCE

More than 5 years of logistics operation experience.

Healthcare experience preferred.

CRITICAL SKILLS

• Possess computer skills and analytical abilities.
• Coordination with multiple departments.
• Understanding of SAP Inventory Control System.
• Manage multiple tasks and schedules.
• Manage processes and procedures.
• Prepare documents and reports.
• Transportation Planning and Abnormal Condition Removal
• good organizational skills.
