We are a dynamic event activation company specializing in event management, pop-up stores, and VM design & production**. Job Duties:
Account Servicing & Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Project Management: Oversee budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring quality control throughout production.
Event Management:
Develop compelling proposals, including creative concepts, venue and gift sourcing, engagement gimmicks, social media strategies, performance planning, and event rundowns.
Plan and execute interactive experiences, audience engagement tactics, and digital amplification to maximize event impact.
Quality Control: Supervise progress locally and overseas (e.g., China), coordinating with contractors and vendors.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, production teams, and designers to ensure project readiness.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in exhibitions, pop-up stores, or event management.
Proven expertise in interactive/engagement activations, social media-driven events, and knowledge of structure, construction, and technical drawings.
Experience in venue sourcing, engagement gimmicks (e.g., AR/VR, gamification, live polls), and social media strategies for events.
Highly organized with exceptional stakeholder communication skills.
Presentable, proactive, and adaptable--able to multitask under pressure and work overtime when needed.
Willingness to travel to China and overseas for projects.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Project Executive role.
