Multimedia Designer (Full-Time, Permanent)

About the Role
Join our Marketing team and create eye-catching videos and designs that inspire people to get moving! You'll produce content for social media, websites, and our clubs across Malaysia, working closely with our Marketing Supervisor, Content Creators, and Social Media team.

What You'll Do

• Design graphics, videos, presentations, and promo materials for online and offline campaigns
• Handle video projects end to end: planning, shooting, and editing
• Capture photos and videos at club events, fitness classes, and member stories
• Create localized marketing materials for our franchisees
• Keep all designs aligned with Anytime Fitness brand guidelines
• Maintain marketing equipment (cameras, lights, mics) and organize our digital files
• Track content performance and share monthly insights
• Stay on top of design and fitness trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Photography, Videography, Film Production, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in photography and videography (shooting, lighting, editing)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Strong eye for composition, framing, and storytelling
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
