Procurement Master Data Analyst

Location: Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Master Data Analyst to support procurement master data governance and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and operational readiness across business systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams to manage data transactions, perform analysis and reporting, resolve data/system issues, and ensure timely setup of procurement data.

The role will directly support automated business processes such as Bill of Material (BOM) Reviews, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Auto-PO.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern procurement master data across relevant systems.
• Perform data transactions, validation, updates, and quality checks.
• Analyze data and identify inconsistencies, errors, and data-quality issues.
• Prepare regular data reports and analysis for stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve master data and system-related issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of data-related activities.
• Ensure procurement data is complete, accurate, and ready to support automated business processes.
• Support data readiness for BOM Reviews, MRP, Auto-PO, and other procurement processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data governance and operational processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data operations, master data, procurement data, supply chain data, or a related field.
• Experience in data transactions, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with SAP/ERP or other enterprise systems will be an advantage.
• Exposure to procurement, material master data, BOM, MRP, or Auto-PO is a plus.
• Diploma or above in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
