Executive Coach

About the Job

Our Client is a technology company growing rapidly and expanding its senior leadership team. As Executive Coach, you'll coach senior leaders as they navigate increasingly complex business, leadership, team, and organizational challenges.

This is an operator-to-operator coaching role. It requires substantial senior leadership experience and responsibility for business performance. Your role is to strengthen leaders' thinking, challenge their assumptions, and help them develop game plans they own.

This role reports to the Group Executive Leadership Team.

Remuneration: USD (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Coach senior leaders through one-on-one coaching and other coaching formats
• Help leaders reflect, sharpen their thinking, identify blind spots, and grow as leaders
• Challenge assumptions through thoughtful questions while respecting task ownership
• Draw on your operating experience to ask better questions - not to prescribe answers
• Identify leadership and organizational issues and share insights with the C-Suite
• Operate autonomously, identifying where coaching can have the greatest impact

Requirements

Must-Have

• Experience leading large, multi-team organizations and managing other managers
• P&L responsibility or equivalent accountability for business-unit performance
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in business performance
• The ability to coach senior leaders as a credible peer
• Desire to help executives reflect, identify gaps, and grow without telling them what to do
• Excellent judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Near-native fluency in English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in a technology scale-up
• A recognized coaching certification
• A relevant postgraduate degree
