General Description:
As a team member in the Procurement Team, work closely with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors across the Asia Pacific region to secure the best pricing, delivery lead times and support services. Support continuous improvement of procurement processes while ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement operations.

Responsibilities

• Procure technology products and services across the Asia Pacific region at the best price, delivery lead time and service levels for clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, vendors, contractors and business partners.

• Leverage supplier relationships to secure favorable pricing, terms and conditions for Principle One and its clients.

• Assist the Procurement Manager in understanding, enrolling and maintaining partner programs.

• Liaise with China-based suppliers and manufacturers to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.

• Review supplier quotations, contracts and commercial terms to identify risks and ensure compliance with company requirements.

• Support contract negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty terms and service level commitments.

• Monitor supplier contractual performance and escalate issues where necessary.

• Maintain and update pricing and product information.

• Process orders for daily equipment and services procurement.

• Coordinate vendor deliveries according to project schedules to ensure projects remain on track.

• Handle vendor advance payment requests.

• Coordinate DOA issues and approvals.

• Assist in developing and improving procurement policies, procedures and workflows.

• Prepare monthly procurement reports for internal and external use.

• Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management or vendor management, preferably in the IT, technology, AV or project-based industry.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Putonghua or Japanese is an advantage.

• Experience in procurement and supplier management within Mainland China markets.

• Familiar with China procurement processes, supplier onboarding, import/export documentation, payment terms and commercial practices.

• Able to review and understand purchase contracts, supplier terms and conditions, NDAs, service agreements and commercial clauses.

• AI literacy is a must

Academic Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics or related disciplines
