Job Description

• Perform thorough costing analysis for each job, considering all relevant factors such as materials, labour, overheads, and subcontractor costs.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in the preparation of cost estimates for timely submission of quotes.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and technical analysis.
• Assess cost estimations and ensure competitiveness, and alignment with project requirements.
• Identify variance factors and utilize analysis to formulate improvement measures for future cost estimations and project planning.
• Utilize ERP systems for job tracking, maintaining records and generating relevant reports.
• Serve as a liaison between sourcing, engineering, sales teams, and customers to facilitate accurate product pricing.
• Address any discrepancies and missing information to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by superior as needed.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Finance costing, Accountancy, Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge in manufacturing costing, SAP or Oracle is preferred
• Good command of English, Bahasa, and Mandarin, both in spoken and written.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as on the job training will be provided.
