岗位职责

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-6 years in the insurance domain.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance workflows (policy administration, claims, underwriting, CRM).
  • Hands-on experience with SIT/UAT cycles, defect management, and test documentation.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database validation and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (Confluence, Trello).
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to simulate real-world customer journeys.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ISTQB Certification or equivalent testing credentials.
  • Exposure to insurance platforms such as Life Asia, Group Asia, TCS BANcS, or CRM systems.
