About the role
Join our vibrant team as a Full Time Barista at Blue Bottle Coffee! We are passionate about delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional service to our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key role in crafting memorable coffee experiences, ensuring every cup meets our high standards while providing warm and friendly service to our customers. 

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of specialty coffee drinks to the highest standards
Provide excellent customer hospitality and ensuring a positive café experience
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, including food safety compliance
Collaborating with the team to optimize workflows and identify areas for improvement
Adhering to strict health and safety protocols
Proactively learning about new coffee trends and techniques to enhance your skillset
Promote our brand and educate customers on coffee offerings

What we're looking for

Passionate about coffee and customer hospitality 
Prior barista experience is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude
Flexibility to work in a shift-based role, including weekends and public holidays
