Part Time Accountant Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,000 in MEISHENG PTE. LTD. Geylang - Ricebowl

• Maintain full set of accounts
• Handle Accounts Payable, including data entry, prepare payment voucher and cheque issuance or online payment
• Perform Account Receivable which includes prepare tax invoice, customers’ SOA, official receipts, follow up payments
• Ensure all documents collected are complete and accurate
• Ensure proper accounting records are maintained and procedures are adhered to
• Handle claim reimbursement
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Manage Fixed Asset schedule
• Involve in payroll and CPF submission
• Quarterly GST filing and other tax compliances
• Handle corporate tax and IRAS’s tax queries
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts
• Handle month-end, financial year-end closing, monthly balance sheet, P & L
• Liaise with Auditors / Tax agent
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties/task assigned
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin - To liaise with mandarin speaking associate
• Able to start immediately
