Job Description

• Lead overall mall operations, commercial performance and profitability.
• Develop strategies to drive sales, traffic and customer engagement.
• Manage tenant mix, leasing performance and commercial partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders.
• Oversee operating budgets, P&L and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Drive operational standards, customer experience and service excellence.
• Lead, coach and develop the mall management team.
• Identify new commercial opportunities to strengthen mall performance.

• 10+ years of retail, mall or commercial management experience.
• Strong P&L and commercial management capabilities.
• Proven track record driving revenue and profitability.
