Job Scope: Customer Service & Sales Admin

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support, providing effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales quotations, process sales orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements accurately and timely
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to support daily sales operations and follow up on customer requirements
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and order status in the system
• Monitor order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and payment status, resolving issues when necessary
• Assist in preparing sales reports, monthly summaries, and administrative documentation
• Support marketing or sales campaigns by managing customer lists and promotional follow-ups
• Liaise with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
