Key Responsibilities

• Oversee local finance and accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing, to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Review financial reports, budgets and forecasts, and provide clear analysis on business performance.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify key risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to support business growth, planning and operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards, local regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
• Lead external audit activities, coordinate with auditors and ensure the company remains audit-ready.
• Strengthen internal controls, finance processes and reporting systems to improve efficiency, accuracy and governance.
• Manage and develop the finance team while supporting regional reporting requirements and finance initiatives across ASEAN.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent would be advantageous.
• At least 6–8 years of relevant finance experience, including a minimum of 3–5 years in a people-management role; regional exposure would be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, preferably IFRS, with advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a hands-on and detail-oriented approach and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
