Responsible for the company’s overall supply chain and procurement management, including supplier development, production coordination, cost control, quality management and cross-border logistics, with a focus on supporting supply chain development in China and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies;
• Source, evaluate and manage suppliers and manufacturers;
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and supply agreements;
• Coordinate production, quality, delivery and inventory planning;
• Manage cross-border procurement, logistics and import/export processes;
• Monitor and optimise procurement and supply chain costs;
• Establish supplier evaluation and risk management procedures;
• Conduct supplier visits and business negotiations when required;
• Report supply chain performance to management.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in manufacturing, procurement or supply chain management;
• Practical experience managing factories or supplier networks;
• Familiar with supply chain and manufacturing resources in China and Asia;
• Strong experience in procurement negotiation, cost control and quality management;
• Knowledge of cross-border procurement and logistics processes;
• Strong commercial negotiation and management skills;
• Experience in managing or operating a manufacturing business is preferred;
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
