Scope of Work & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and review BMS control systems for commercial and industrial projects.
• Prepare BMS drawings, control schematics, points schedules and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers.
• Select and coordinate BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, valves and field devices.
• Program and configure BMS controllers and graphical interfaces.
• Carry out BMS installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Perform point-to-point testing and functional testing of BMS systems.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate BMS works with other trades.
• Review project requirements, specifications and drawings to ensure compliance.
• Monitor project progress, materials, manpower and site activities.
• Prepare testing & commissioning reports, as-built drawings and other project documentation.
• Provide technical support and resolve site issues during project execution.
• Ensure BMS works are completed safely, on time and according to project requirements.
• Assist in handover, client training and project close-out.

Requirement

• sMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) engineering, programming, testing and commissioning
• .Strong knowledge of BMS platforms, HVAC controls, field devices and system integration
• .Good communication and coordination skills
• .Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively
