Short Description

Provide helpdesk and technical support to solve Information Technology related issues and request in timely manner. Monitoring and maintaining company’s servers, infrastructure systems and network to prevent downtime.

• Manages, implements and supports existing Windows Server, Storage, Linux server, CATIA server, database and backup systems (example: Active Directory, Server Administration and etc).
• Maintains documentation including hardware/software applications, IT equipment, support logs and other related information.
• Provide support, troubleshooting and resolve Information Technology related issues. Including installing and troubleshooting & resolve peripherals, software & hardware on desktops, laptops & servers issues.
• Carry out daily checks on the services provided by Information Technology Department.
• To support mission critical business application (example: PRONTO, PC-PACK, BOSS.NET, SAP).
• Reviews users’ requirements and needs for new infrastructure environment and performs analysis, design, implementation and installation related to new infrastructure environment or/and acquired.
• To support Information Technology team in designing and maintaining an efficient and performance optimized helpdesk operations.
• To setup and maintain all kind of printers and solving printing problems, monitor the rental and usage of rent multifunction copier and escalate issues to printer’s vendor in order to resolve the issues.
• To maintain & configure all door access either in hardware or software. Escalate issue to vendor in order to resolve the problem.
• Any tasks that assigned by the superior from time to time.
