Starphire Hotel is a brand new boutique hotel which is located in a new developing area of city centre in Kowloon Peninsula - Tai Kok Tsui. The outstanding 23 stories hotel building carries a modern design with an eye-catching façade lighting that will light up the area every night

Key responsibilities:
As a supervisory level, responsible to act as a shift in charge to supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures

Responsible for guest check-in and check-out procedures in a professional manner, to provide courteous service and handle guests’ enquiries

To perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

Job requirements:
Diploma holder in Hospitality Management is preferred

4 years relevant guest / customer service experience in hotel industry

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Candidate with less experience in supervisory role can be applied for Senior Operations Officer
