Role Description The Sales & Service Executive (Bukit Indah) is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu. This role focuses on promoting AEON Credit’s products and services, including financing solutions, payment schemes, and card offerings, to walk-in customers and potential clients in the Bukit Indah area. The position involves engaging customers, explaining product features and benefits, handling applications, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The executive will provide front-line customer service, respond to inquiries, handle basic complaints, and support after-sales service to strengthen customer relationships. The role also includes achieving assigned sales targets, participating in marketing or promotional activities, and collaborating with branch and regional teams to enhance overall branch performance.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving skills to deliver a positive and professional experience to all customers.
• Basic financial literacy and product knowledge related to consumer financing, credit cards, and insurance, with the ability to explain offerings clearly.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages, along with interpersonal skills for engaging diverse customers.
• Attention to detail, administrative accuracy, and time management skills to handle applications, documentation, and daily branch operations effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in Johor Baharu on a rotating schedule, including weekends or public holidays as required, and to collaborate with branch teams.
• Prior experience in retail banking, consumer finance, or sales in a branch or retail environment is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification of SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field;
