WE ARE HIRING - SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (R&D) EXECUTIVE (Food / Sauces & Condiments)

Are you experienced in Food R&D / Product Development and passionate about creating new food products? Join our growing team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and improve food products, especially sauces and condiments
• Conduct product trials, testing, and formulation
• Research new ingredients, recipes, and product concepts
• Monitor product quality, taste, texture, and consistency
• Coordinate product development from concept to production
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, and other departments
• Prepare product specifications, reports, and R&D documentation
• Conduct sensory evaluation and product improvement activities
• Troubleshoot product and formulation issues
• Support new product launches and continuous product improvement

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Relevant experience in Food R&D / Product Development
• Experience in sauces, condiments, seasoning, or related food products is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients, formulation, and product development
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to conduct product trials independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work in Bidor, Perak
