Job Summary

Operate excavator machinery and supervise scrap steel yard ground works to ensure efficient daily deployment and processing activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator machinery safely and efficiently to support scrap steel yard processing activities
• Supervise ground works to ensure smooth and safe operations within the scrap steel yard
• Manage daily deployment of personnel and equipment to meet operational targets
• Drive company vehicles using a valid Class 3 driving license to support logistics and site activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles safely
• HAVE EXCAVATOR CERTIFICATE
• PREFER TO HAVE FORKLIFT CERTIFICATE

Preferred competencies and qualifications

DIPLOMA OR equivalent

We manage road haulage, freight, warehousing, segregation, processing, QC checking/ Testing and repacking.
