The essential responsibilities include:

Support the social media team in digital content creation across multiple platforms, including hands-on assistance with short-form video production (filming and editing), creative posts, and website articles.
Assist in developing educational content that engages audiences.
Support TikTok Livestreams backend.
Any other digital marketing duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Formal Education & Certification

Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.

Basic Skills

Competent in social content creation (filming, video editing, social media posts) using tools like CapCut, Canva, or equivalent.
Strong digital marketing sense with the ability to follow current social media trends.
Support social media scheduling and the execution of ads across social platforms.
Able to provide operational support for livestreaming and manage related administrative tasks.
Good communication and basic article-writing skills, with the ability to conduct independent research to produce simple, punchy, and engaging copy.
