Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems using tools such as Revit
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to ensure proper integration and minimize clashes
• Produce accurate shop drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models
• Perform clash detection and proactively resolve coordination issues
• Ensure all models comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific standards
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain model accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Participate in coordination meetings and support site inspections when required
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practices

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling for M&E systems
• Proficient in Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and coordination with other building disciplines
• Experience in producing shop drawings and construction-related documentation
• Knowledge of clash detection processes and issue resolution techniques
• Able to interpret and adhere to BIM Execution Plans and project standards
• Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Willing to attend site meetings and perform on-site coordination when required
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
