The Learning Hub is seeking a passionate and dedicated Full time Native English Teacher (NET) with expertise in teaching early literacy, phonics, grammar, and writing programs. As our center offers both English and Math, the primary focus of this role is delivering exceptional English instruction, though experience or willingness to teach elementary mathematics (JEI Math) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
- Implement the Oxford RWI (Read Write Inc.) and Oxford Comprehension & Writing programs to deliver high-quality instruction in reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Teach foundational elementary mathematics / JEI Math programs where applicable.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the center's framework and learning objectives.
- Facilitate small-group instruction (maximum 4 students per class) and individualized learning to cater to diverse student needs and paces.
- Utilize interactive teaching strategies, manipulative resources, and technology to maintain a stimulating, hands-on learning environment.
- Regularly assess student progress, conduct diagnostic evaluations, track literacy (and numeracy) development, and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any academic inquiries.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine program implementation, share best practices, and contribute to a positive center culture.
Qualifications
- Native-level English speaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience teaching Oxford RWI, Oxford Comprehension & Writing, or equivalent phonics/literacy programs to young learners.
- Ability or background in teaching elementary mathematics / JEI Math is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of early childhood literacy development, logical reasoning, and interactive teaching methods.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain an encouraging, structured learning environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for education, a student-centered approach, and a commitment to fostering a lifelong love for learning.
