Job Summary

The Crew Leader, Outlet Operations plays a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth and consistent daily running of DKSH's Consumer Goods outlet, delivering a positive and engaging in-store experience for every customer. This role combines operational ownership with frontline team leadership, contributing directly to outlet performance and customer satisfaction within the Sales function.

General Responsibilities

Ensure consistent preparation and quality of baked goods in line with outlet standards to maintain product availability at all times
Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of product display units to uphold a well-presented and fully stocked outlet environment
Uphold consistent housekeeping and merchandising standards across the outlet to support a welcoming customer experience
Support gift wrapping and packaging operations to meet customer needs and expectations
Contribute to effective product display and visual merchandising to drive customer engagement and in-store sales
Deliver attentive and professional customer service to enhance the overall in-store experience
Lead and guide team members in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent workflow
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

Functional Skills And Knowledge

Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
Willingness and ability to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends
Demonstrated ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced operational environment
Positive working attitude with a professional and customer-oriented disposition

Education

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR), or an equivalent qualificatio
