• Lead the planning and development of creative video content to strengthen brand awareness and effectively showcase the company’s products.
• Provide creative direction and content ideas to the Videographer, including concepts, shooting angles, product highlights, and suitable content formats.
• Develop engaging video concepts and content strategies tailored to the company’s brand, products, and target audience.
• Work closely with the Videographer to ensure all video content is professionally produced and aligned with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
• Develop creative scripts, talking points, and content ideas for Live Hosts to ensure engaging and informative live sessions.
• Guide Live Hosts on product presentation, key selling points, and content flow to effectively engage viewers and promote products.
• Research current social media trends and identify new content opportunities to increase audience engagement, brand visibility, and product awareness.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on video and live content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Monitor content performance and audience engagement, and recommend improvements based on insights, trends, and market response.
• Take initiative in developing fresh and innovative content ideas to continuously improve the company’s social media presence.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Job requirements

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in business & administration, sales & marketing or equivalent is preferred.
• Relevant background in automotive industry will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to start work immediately will be preferred.

Work Location: Dato Onn Johor

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
