Salary Package: Basic salary $3,300 - $4,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily tasks of the Reservations Department.
Create and update room reservations using the PMS.
Ensure reservation data is entered accurately and promptly.
Encourage Reservations Agents to upsell to boost hotel revenues.
Handle special requests and assign rooms accordingly.
Resolve booking issues or discrepancies professionally.
Train team members in reservation operations to maintain accuracy and guest satisfaction.
Manage group bookings, coordinating with the Sales Manager for smooth operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Opera Cloud.
