Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase account penetration, and expand business relationships.
• Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews and present performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to meet client requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Resolve client issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
