Hardware Design Manager
Responsibilities
Design electronics from concept to schematic, PCB layout, prototype, testing, debugging, and final product.
Conduct research, testing, qualification, and troubleshooting.
Prepare technical documents, reports, and project updates.
Support other technical tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of electronics fundamentals and electronic design.
Experience with schematic design, PCB layout, troubleshooting, testing, and soldering.
Hands-on hardware/electronic design experience.
8–10 years of relevant experience for Staff/Manager positions.
DSP knowledge is an advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently, be creative, resourceful, disciplined, and willing to learn.
