Key skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Operations, TechOps, or related roles
• Strong AWS and cloud-native application knowledge
• Experience supporting digital, e-commerce, web, and mobile platforms
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, web services, integrations, and authentication
• Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or CloudWatch
• Knowledge of APM, SRE practices, log analysis, and content delivery architecture
• Experience with Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tools
• Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
